Athletic Club (NEAC) and to the facilities, services and conveniences you'll find here. The club is open to the public on a membership basis - we look forward to accommodating you, your family, and your friends. There’s no time like the present to get involved and to get in shape, so let's get started.
The mission of NEAC is to offer fitness and wellness options and opportunity covering a wide range of interests concentrating on cardio, strength training, free weights and directed classroom activity.
There is a large selection of equipment to suit various workout routines and training styles. The selectorized strength training circuit was designed based on a 'best of class' system. Brands include: Cybex, Life Fitness and Body Masters. The best possible machine was selected for each exercise, resulting in an optimized training circuit. Similarly, we have various brands of cardio equipment based on the same premise. Elliptical machines and treadmills are top of the line Precor, bikes and rowers are all top brands in terms of rating, usability and reliability. As membership grows, expect to see more cardio equipment. Free weights include a large 650' ft matted area with specialty equipment such as a power rack, squat rack and dedicated benches for flat, incline and decline.
